Just Left A Fork In The Microwave .:PatchouliMoonsong:.

I was just heating up some leftovers when I took them out of the microwave to stir it up before placing it back in. When I did, I completely forgot to take the metal fork out of the bowl and it was in there for a full minute. Thankfully, nothing came of it. There was no dramatic show of electricity, no explosion. The fork wasn't even hot when I took the bowl out! I feel pretty silly, needless to say.

It practically exploded in the microwave... *I* felt pretty darn stupid after that. Needless to say, I'm not a cook :P

Date: 11/23/2014 5:05:00 AM  From Authorid: 67327    Oh wow. That's good to know no sparks happened. I once accidentally had a fork in the microwave for 20 seconds and sparks flew.
