Hard To Bend
Some things look so easy,
When it gets hard, it’s hard to bend,
Memories are all woven together,
Turn around once and that life ends.
You be you and I’ll be me,
Make the most cause we don’t come again,
Looking inside for what the outside don’t see,
Move on forward don’t look where you been.
Every day’s a memory from the very start,
Seeing people and loving their touch,
Bend some more until it’s an easy heart,
Learn to love people so much.
When the world comes knocking you down,
Open your eyes to see what you see,
All the people who keep coming around,
Each one is your next opportunity,
