Never read the book, but Hollywood does movies that make money. That dosent mean the source is always decent. Same for actors, they need to make a living. Dosent mean they always like the material. Some people might want to see the movie, because it's what they like.  |

I don't see how that can even come close to being construed as an insult. It was merely her perception based on what she would feel like. It in no way was meant to be an insult, nor was it an insult. |

Hi Sarah, I've never read the book and I don't think I would see the movie either..in saying that my dear, a lot of people in the world like to see these kinds of movies and it's all about money, for the directors, actors etc...It's not for me...  |

Never read the book and have no plans on too. Seems all my female friends made it the rave, I just don't have a desire to read about others situations and regardless of the fact I am not book reader either that has nothing to do with it.  |

I don't know if it's "bad" per se, but I didn't read the books (no desire to) and I'm sure I won't see the movie either. Some things just aren't for me. This is one of those.  |
