My Next Step in Life~Psyguy

As I will enter my 30's this December, God is knocking on my head and saying it's time to think about the next step in your life.

I mean I've accomplished more than I ever thought in my 20's especially with my two books, getting to meet a lot of my hero's and idols.

I ain't going to lie, I've had a blessed life with a lot of grief mixed in, but I am thankful God has allowed me to do the things I do and meet the people I've met.

I mean my dreams came true when the Country Music Hall of Fame bought some copies of my first book, getting to give my books to Country Legends Vince Gill and Merle Haggard. And even Muse Watson my two books. Muse Watson of course is Ben Willis from I know What you did last summer, and Mike Franks off NCIS. That was cool cause in my second book I wrote a chapter dedicated to NCIS and a song about his character called "Swan Song".

How the hell can I top that with my books as an author. I probably can't.

I am currently writing a 7 novel series, which is going good.

But what do I want most in life now......

A family of my own. Yep God is saying hey I think it's time I give you a woman, and start a family. He is causing me to slow down, and taking focus off my wants, and focusing on the needs. I mean turning 30 isn't bad, I still feel like I'm 21, but I know it's time to get serious and start a new chapter in my life.

I'm glad I waited for kids, cause some of my friends have kids going to school, and some entering their double digits, heck my dog just turned 12 years old, and I'm like wow, time is going by too fast. I'm glad my first child will be an infant, and I know the first 3 years are the slowest, then it begins to picks up, and doesn't stop.

The thing that is getting me is that I can see my firstborn, and It's as if she's communicating with me, (I've dreamt of babies coming to others) and now I see and hear my own kid, saying hey be ready.

So that's where I'm at in my life that starting a family and all that good stuff.
