Ok so lately I have been watching old tv intros to some of the shows from the days of 1990s and 1980s and it makes me wonder why tv has changed so much and how it use to be good for example I will list some shows that I personally enjoyed as both a kid and a teenager growing up.

1. Cartoon- The Wuzzles you remember these guys they were two animals blended together to make one new species the one I remember most was the half bee and half Lion. 2.Shirt Tales- yet another cartoon with these cute zoo animals who solved problems . 3. Fraggle Rock - One of Jim Hensons shows with muppets back in the day and a very catchy theme song as well. 4. Nicktoons- Basically most of the great nicktoons from my childhood including Doug, Rugrats, Rocko's modern life and Ren and Stimpy. 5.Perfect Strangers- an old comedy show that was either on Abc or Nbc I dont remeber but I do remeber Balky and Larry always having some kind of trouble. 6.Night Court and Cheers - yes I know I sound old but these shows were hillarious and funny and some of the greatest characters I remember plus also catchy theme songs. 8. I have alot more but that would take for ever to list lol ok one more, Just the Ten of Us the one with that huge family of ten and the coach from the school.

Let me know what shows you remember or I didnt forget The X-Files cause that was basically my obession during the 90s lol and please respond cause I would like to know what you thought was great back in the day before tv went all stupid reality show .

Thankyou

Date: 5/27/2014 10:07:00 AM  From Authorid: 64723    I really like all the classic PBS shows. Sesame St. (SO much better back in the 60's 70's and 80's.), Mr. Rogers, 3-2-1 Contact, Inside Story. I also loved Today's Special. Punky Brewster.
Date: 5/27/2014 3:56:00 PM  From Authorid: 42945    I remember watching a lot of those shows with one of our grandaughters who lived with us...and I think you have mentioned a thing or two about the X-Files lol!!! *hugs*
Date: 5/28/2014 8:54:00 AM  From Authorid: 53427    I had a Wuzzles lunch box. I was describing them to my son not long ago. And he said, do you know how freaking bizarre that is? Lol, at the time the idea of all those mixed up animal species just seemed cute..
Date: 6/1/2014 4:54:00 PM  From Authorid: 46486    Everything is "Reality TV" now, it's awful. Sorry the Kardashian's Reality TV show is not the rest of this countries reality. Some people are going with out food and clothes while they drink their expensive Fuji water.
Date: 6/3/2014 7:02:00 PM  From Authorid: 67264    Ah yes, the 80s and 90s. Night Court and Boy Meets World are some of my favorites! Television is at an all tome low these days. I'm thankful for the existence of YouTube, Netflix, and DVDs. Re-runs are what I used to watch, but I'm bored with television. Heck, I'm bored with all of this advanced technology.
