I've watched it a couple of times, and it evokes the same emotions from me as when I first saw it. It follows pretty closely the way it states in the scriptures, but what Mel Gibson was striving for was not so much accuracy but the emotional value of what the characters went through, how they must have felt. The 'devil' was portrayed most excellently. |
