I almost don't want to call this an update since there's not really anything that's happened since my last update. LOL The whole looking for work saga is still continuing. I've applied to even fast food places, with no luck, not even a callback. At the moment I'm kind of hanging back on it since it if I were looking now it would be just my luck I'd get hired somewhere and have to work during Christmas, which would preclude me from being able to travel across the state to visit some family and friends (which I do every year)! So I will get back at it after the new year.
Something just dawned on me. I read a lot when I was a kid living at home. I remember reading Arthur C Clarke's 2001 and also 2010, which I was especially enamored with for some reason. And this was in the mid to late 80's, and I remember thinking how far away 2010 (and even 2001, for that matter) sounded. Well, here we are now, almost in 2014. It just blows my mind how time flies. I will be 40 this next year. I couldn't even picture being in my mid 20's when I was in my teens! :\

....I can certainly relate with you....time surely does fly by.....it doesn't seem possible that 2014 is nearly here.....Hoping Praying You & every one have a Blessed Christmas & New Year as well....T/C
