Dreamscapes

What's strange about our dreams? The fact that it is our subconscious revealing who we really are? Or the fact that each one interacts with another, whether directly or indirectly?

I've been thinking a lot about how my current dreams and past dreams have revealed themselves, along with realizing how much similar it is to life. In fact, it is life. Though these dreams may be extravagant or seem unrealistic, it is life itself.

I have remembered and replayed each dream enough times to where I remember the scenery and where each one took place. Where a new dream occurs, it happens in a particular area that could be led from another.

I have mapped out my dreamscape. I noticed where dreams took place, but no longer happen since those events are past. In my mind I can easily go to those places, but nothing really happens since the event is over with. If I was able to lucid dream, it would be interesting seeing those places again.

I also noticed, for example, how between two places (let's say a building and a forest area) that a door way is lead between them. Going through that doorway, there are several rooms. Let's say there are 50 rooms with the same number of doors. With those doors leading to several places and those several places leading to others, the count doubles and triples. Making dreams and the landscape expanding. Making this dream world endless.

I mapped out and noticed how some dream scenes are connected to one another. Some have a doorway leading towards another, where some overlap each other.

I would like you to challenge yourself and see how your dreamscape is mapped out. Try and figure out how dream is connected with another and where it took place.

I know it's strange, but our minds are forever creating a whole new alternate reality everytime we are asleep.
