Nimrod

Genesis chapter 10 verse 8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

(Cush was the grandson of Noah.) Nimrod was a mighty hunter before the LORD. The name Nimrod in hebrew means 'rebellious one'. Some of the other ancient texts describe him as rebellious against God, and a mighy hunter of men, he was a conqueror. Encyclopedias say that Nimrod was the first man to be worshipped as a god, the first one-world ruler, and since he was worshipped as a god, he developed the first one-world religion, and the whole world was of one language. Nimrod was attributed to building the tower of Babel, and founding the Babylonian Empire.

Nimrod married a woman named Semiramis and they were king and queen of the then known world. Some years later, Esau killed Nimrod and cut his body into 14 different parts and scattered them across the land of Shinar(Babylon), except for his reproductive organ, it was thrown into the Nile river and eaten by a fish. Semiramis, his wife, went searching for all of his body parts and found them all except for one. She then went about the land erecting the pillars (obelisks) which was symbollic of the uncircumcised part of Nimrod. As she had these obelisks erected, she declared that Nimrod was not dead, but rather ascended into the heavens a became the sun god. Shortly after that, she mysteriously became pregnant, and declared to the world that her husband the sun god had impregnated her by the rays of the sun, who would be the reincarnated Nimrod, and his name would be called Tammuz, who was a mighty hunter like his father. Tammuz was born on december 25 at the winter solstice. Tammuz took over Nimrods place of authority as king of the world, and since Semiramis his mother did not want to give up being queen of the world, she married her son Tammuz.

Sometime during his 40th year, Tammuz was killed by a wild boar while hunting, so his wife/mother instituted 40 days prior to the vernal equinox for weeping for Tammuz, one day for each year of his life. (I believe that a certain denomination of the church calls it Lent, but if you read Ezekiel 8, you will find that God calls it an abomination) Then on the 1st sunday after the vernal equinox, they would slaughter the boar that killed Tammuz and eat it for dinner. ( Ishtar sunday ham)

Babylonian legend says that some time after this, that Semiramis died, and ascended into the heavens to be with her former husband Nimrod, who at this point had become baal the sun god. Baal was not ready for Semiramis, so he placed her in a giant egg, and cast her back to earth, and when she landed in the euphrates river, the egg burst open and out came Ishtar, pronounced in babylonian as easter. To proclaim her divinity, her first act was to transform a bird into an egg laying rabbit. Many people began to worship the bare breasted fertility goddess Ishtar and made altars and priests of Ishtar were assigned to them.

After the confounding of the languages at the tower of babel, the names of the sun god, and the name of Ishtar changed as well, but the ones worshipped and the peoples ways of worshipping them did not change much at all.

the people who went to the land of Egypt called her Isis, in Rome her name was Venus, in Turkey, her name was "the great goddess diana of Ephesis", other lands and cultures called her Astarte, oestre, ashtaroth, ashtareth, zoroaster, and even in the old testament she was called the 'queen of heaven' (jeremiah 7.18, jeremiah 44.17-20,25), and in Revelation 17.5 Mystery, babylon the great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth.

Some of the names of Nimrod were, ra, zeus, jupiter, chemosh, molech, adonis, mithra and many others, all whos birthday is december 25, all the same person, names changed, when language was confounded at babel.

On the first sunday (the day that the sun god is worshipped) after the spring(vernal) equinox, at sunrise, the priests of Ishtar(easter) would take young virgins and impregnate them on the altar, then one year later when those infants are 3 months old, the priests would sacrifice those babies on the same altar they were conceived on, and they would dye the eggs of easter (ishtar) in the blood of those sacrificed infants. To this day, the most commonly used color around the world of ishtar eggs is red, and the ones who do this don't even know why.

About 2000 years before the birth of Jesus, the children of Ammon worshipped chemosh, and the moabites worshipped molech. On the birthday of their gods, december 25, they held a child-mass. Mass means sacrifice. The parents would stand before their sun god of prosperity holding their infants and recite a list of all their hopes and dreams for the upcoming year, while the priests of chemosh and molech, would stand behind the 9 foot tall cast iron pot-bellied furnaces shaped like the gods of prosperity, filling them with burning pitch and wood. Once these gods of prosperity would be glowing red, the parents would place their infants on the lap of the cherry red god of prosperity who sit on his throne wearing a phrygian cap, and watch their babies incenerate.

Today our children make out their long list of hopes and dreams for the upcoming year, then we take them to the shopping mall and place them on the lap of the pot-bellied cherry red god of prosperity who sits on his throne wearing his phrygian cap. Then on christmas morning, our children kneel before the phallic symbol of Ra waiting to receive the blessings from their god of prosperity, and in order to receive the last gifts, they must bow themselves all the way down to get them. Instead of sacrificing our children, we abort millions of babies during the rest of the year.

God calls these festivals an abomination. just because we strip off the names of the original gods served, and say that we are doing this for the one true God and doing this for Jesus, does not make it so.

Just because mankind has forgotten where these things originated, does not mean that God has forgotten as well.

Every time we participate in these things, all God remembers is all of the sacrificed babies.

Deuteronomy 12.30-31 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
