Oneiric Realm - North of the Realm - part 1

we (my wife and I) were walking passed the warehouse district where the north road just keeps going north, perfectly straight road and nothing at all to be seen along the sides of the road. We had never been in this direction before, but some of our friends in town and others as well had told us about a couple of places to the north that might be worth visiting, and that is where we are going.

After walking tirelessly for what seems like a couple of hours that passed rather quickly, we notice coming up on the right-hand side of the road is a large facility of neo-modern design. This building is the largest single floor edifice that I have ever seen or even imagined.

We walk through the front door of the building and notice that my parents and my sisters and nieces were all here as if they were waiting for us. The women gathered together then left, leaving only my dad and me in the giant front foyer of this place along with other people that we do not know.

Dad and I were talking, trying to figure out what this place is when we hear a loud boom from outside but could not see what caused the noise, then after a moment or two, there was another and multitudes of people came rushing into the foyer with us and as more and more people were rushing inside there were more booms and crashing noises and they were getting louder all the time.

As a distressed young woman was very scared and screaming loudly, she said that huge stones from falling all around us and about that time it started sounding like they were hitting the building as well, but even though we could feel the vibrations each time that the building was struck, the shaking of the floor was making many people lose their balance for a moment.

I turned from facing the people around me and was looking out the front of the building and actually saw a falling stone come down about 100 yards in front, it hit a man and splattered him on the pavement with such a nasty mess that there were nothing recognizable left, and at that same time I heard a woman and a couple of young men say that his name was Greggory. There were several others that were killed by these huge stones before it stopped, but his name was the only name I remember hearing. As they appeared, they were a little bigger than a large watermelon and weigh somewhere between 80 and 100 pounds each.

While walking around looking for wife, mom, sisters and nieces, Dad and I heard someone ask what this place is and was told it is called the "Plaza of Technologies".

After about an hour of walking around, our whole family is back together again, and I take my wife by the hand and we tell the others that we did not originally plan to stop here, nor were we even told about this place, as we were headed further north to another town, but we will come back in the future to explore this place as it seems to be a disneyland of up and coming inventions and technologies.

My wife and I left and the rest of the family stayed here.

Once we got back on the main road going north, we started making plans to return here when an older man and his wife came driving up from the south, they were in a golf cart looking vehicle and they stopped and asked if we would like a ride. They seemed like a very likeable couple so we accepted their offer.

Seems like only a few minutes later, we enter a small town. All the streets are layed out in a perfect matrix of streets that run north and south, and the other streets all run east and west. No street names and exactly 4 houses between cross streets. There are 4 streets that run north and south and 4 streets that run east and west. The main north road runs along the east side of the town and continues northward beyond it.

Our wives decide to go shopping, so they take the cart and leave, while he and I stay at his house. He shows me a map of this town and on this map I notice that the name of the town is Coral.
