I don't know if those sleep interpretation web sites are true or not, but this is what I found about dreaming that you're dreaming: To dream that you are dreaming or daydreaming signifies your emotional state. You are excessively worried and fearful about a situation or circumstance that you are going through. Dreaming that you are dreaming also serves as a layer of protection from what you are feeling. The dream within a dream allows you to experience certain difficult feelings that may otherwise be too painful to confront if you were directly dreaming the scenario.

Dreams within dreams were common for me also when I was much younger, I have even written about them on this site in The Dream series. I have not had any since then though. |

I've had dreams where I've "fallen asleep" in the dream, and dreams where I've "woke up" in the dream. lol |

It's annoying though because I've had it before where I was asleep in the dream, and had a hard time waking up.... only to wake up *in the dream*, thinking I was waking up in real life, discovering later (of course) that I had been asleep the whole time. :\ LOL |

I have had those dreams where you wake up and think "Whew! Glad that was a dream" and you think you are awake, but you are still dreaming. Love and Light |
