Sausage, potato and onion "skillet" recipe ~TGF

A couple of years ago a friend made this, and so I decided recently that I would make it, and I've made it a couple of times at a friend's house and a few times for myself!

The best part is the ingredients are cheap, it's very easy to cook, and it tastes VERY good!

INGREDIENTS:

1 onion

3+ potatoes

1 package Hillshire Farms Smoked Sausage or Polska Kielbasa

Grated cheddar cheese

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Peel and dice the potatoes. Heat some oil (I prefer to use 100% extra virgin olive) in a medium-sized skillet. Meanwhile, dice up the onion, being careful not to get the pieces too small. Slice up the sausage link, then put both it and the onion in the pan and saute them, stirring frequently, for about 5-7 minutes. Then add the potatoes, mix it all together and cover. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid the onions sticking to the pan or getting overcooked. Check after 20 minutes and mix in salt to taste. Pour as much cheese as desired over the mixture and stir it in until it's melted, and then serve.

Voila!! :) Enjoy. :)
