It also says he trained at the US Army Ranger schoo. That's new I believe, also says he attended the Navy officer candidate school, the reference to the seals is gone. |

I got these strange men friending me like crazy when I was requesting teammates for a facebook game I used to play Criminal Case. Then they'd send the messages, and ask if I was married. I started off being polite, and telling them yes I was married. And that was usually the end of it. Come to find out, most of these guys were trolling facebook game pages looking for women to friend, because they didn't even play the game. I got to where I ignored them, and defriended them at once. I think this guy is a fake, but I'm not much of a trusting person lol. |

Dark Crow, I would, but I'm afraid that would tip him off. I think I want to watch him a little longer to see what happens. |

Haven, I don't want to leave it alone in case he is scamming other woman. Plus, it annoys me tremendously to think someone is impersonating a soldier or sailor in this case. |

This is why I have my privacy settings the way I do - people have to be friends with one of my friends before they can even search for me. Too many creepers out there! |

I get a lot of friend requests but they are generally from other mutual friends...now the ones who only have one or two friends and I don't know them, I do not accept the request..I've just got through unfollowing 34 peoples names who show on my timeline..I don't know any of them..I only have one guy who is in the forces from the USA. |

If I were you, I would watch to see his game plan. It seems just too obvious that he will make his play soon. Then you can blow up his Facebook page and let all the other women know the game he is playing. |

That's happened to me too but it was a women. I didn't friend them. I usually ask them "do I know you?" I guess it don't hurt to wait and see what happens.... which reminds me I need to "catfish" someone now! |

Hey Kelly, it's rather weird he didn't give you an answer as to why he added you in the first place and that he fell silent after you told him about your marriage as well as the sudden change of profile. I generally don't add people who don't look familiar, especially if there isn't any personal message included. Can seriously be he is just out for some flirty ladies, but is best to be careful there. ~ Live Each Day |

I have been watching and I will be more careful from now on about who I friend. I had told him my husband was retired military and wonder if that has something to do with the changes he made. Or maybe he is legit! LOL |

That's definitely weird he removed it all of a sudden. Maybe he was worried that you or your husband might notice irregularities within what he is saying. While it's a huge advantage to talk to people online without giving too much away from yourself and your life, it's difficult all the same if you don't know who you are truly talking to. After all they can tell you whatever they like to leave a good reputation. Pity you can't find out right away who is the right contact for you and who isn't. ~ Live Each Day |

He isn't too worried that you are on to him, otherwise he'd delete you...I don't accept friend requests from people I don't know. I'll send a message asking how they know me....Having said that, I'm with you...very curious about what he is up to...sounds like a scammer...you might be able to out him...although I'd be careful...These guys can be dangerous... |
