Thanks Nani and Adrienne! In my case, it's just from tight neck and shoulder muscles and bad posture, hence the reason the chiropractor is going to try to help me with solving those issues so my spine doesn't go out of alignment again. Hope that you both also have healing in your back too!  |

The heat is amazing! It almost entirely gets rid of the discomfort! I'm gonna call them and ask if I can use it all day! lol |

Can I gripe too? My fibromyalgia is killing me today. I've never been to a chiropractor, but since mine is muscle pain, I wonder if it would help anyway.  |

Sorry to hear, Snookums! Try the heat! It may work wonders! Put a heating pad or hotpack on it (or SOMETHING hot) for about 15 minutes then follow it with a cold/ice bag for 5-10 minutes, wait an hour, then follow the pattern again, as needed. :-D |

well, an update! Since I posted this, the pain has gone away and not returned. I have a slight "click" in my neck everytime I turn my head from left to right, but I can deal with that for not having the back issue again. LOL Apparently the chiropractor knew what he was doin! Still paying off the bill though... :\ |
