I haven't heard of these either- although I wonder if the slender man has anything to do with the 'hat-man' or shadow people? |

I also wanted to tell you if you haven't already- there are radio podcasts for the paranormal, such as Coast to Coast AM and Darkness Radio that discuss these same topics every night and you can even call in. It might be something that can help or at least be interesting for you |

Slenderman actually originates from the German folklore creature, Fear Dubh. |

Never heard of Scarman but I definitly know about Slenderman. I LOVE Slenderman, they even have games for him and BUNCHES of YouTube videos. Slenderman started way back but there are quite a few stories on a site where he started to become very popular. The stories are called Creepy Pasta, another good one from there is Jack the Killer... You should really check it out and read up on Slenderman and Jack the Killer. Creepy thing about Slenderman is, it actually makes sense, to the point of where I feel like it is real. I have seen pictures and videos as well as heard stories of kids just up and disappearing and never hearing or seeing them again. Its odd but very interesting. |

yes. thanks everyone. I will look into the slender man that you mentioned. but for those of you who have not read of the scar man, the story is on this very USM site. I saw it under horror and it was so scary. I will look up the actual urban legend and try to post it here. |
