Creamy Garlic Pasta with Tomatoes Recipe ~TGF

I just came up with this in the kitchen for dinner, because A), I need to learn how to cook (at the age of 40 almost!) because it is cheaper than eating out, and B) I don't have any money to eat out anyway. LOL

I looked in the cupboard at what I had, and came up with this tasty little concoction. I deliberately avoided putting in any measurements that you can add as much or as little as you want, to get it to your taste.

**Ingredients:**

Pasta of any type

Garlic clove/garlic powder

Parmesan cheese (either grated or shredded; I used grated)

Real sweet-cream butter

Canned diced tomatoes

Sour cream

Salt to taste

Boil the pasta. After draining, throw in a pat of butter and stir it in until it melts. Reduce heat to low. Add the tomatoes and the garlic, and stir it constantly over the heat for a minute or two. Remove from heat, and stir in an ample amount of Parmesan, and 1 or 2 dollops of sour cream, and mix it all together. Add salt to taste, and BANG! there you have it! :)

Hope you all like this! Fatty, but VERY tasty! :)

Yeah I actually was trying to imitate an INCREDIBLE pasta dish I tried around Christmas time at a restaurant called the Cheesecake Factory. It had chicken, sundried tomatoes, and LOTS of garlic! LOL I didn't add any chicken or have any sundried tomatoes, so I just used the other stuff. LOL
