Peppermint Bark

I just made peppermint bark for Christmas gifts today, for the first time. It was ridiculously easy, so here is the recipe.

2 12 oz bags of white chocolate chips
1 cup of peppermints

Dump the white chocolate chips into a largeish glass bowl and microwave them on 60% power for one minute. Stir, repeat until chocolate chips are smooth. Stick the cup of peppermints in a quart ziplock baggie, and then stick that in a gallon ziplock baggie. Smack it with a frying pan til all the peppermints are in chunks. Fold half a cup the peppermints into the melted chocolate chips and then pour it on a tin foil lined 15x9 baking sheet. Pour the rest of the peppermints on top of the melted chips, and refrigerate for an hour.

Voila! Christmas goodness!
