Date: 12/12/2012 7:54:00 AM From Authorid: 27705 well I have been dying my hair on and off since i was like 13... I typically use Nutrisse or Revlon. My hair has been many colors over the years... blondish, reddish, black, once it came out pumpkin orange by accident lol thankfully it was around Halloween time. Recently when I dye my hair I stick to dark colors, either dark brown or black. |
Date: 12/12/2012 8:13:00 AM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 15157 Hi Regina....thats facinating....I should USE Revlon...but I use the ones with a coupon lol....I really hate dying my hair!....Im totally Black now....lol Missed you thank you for dropping in |
Date: 12/12/2012 8:29:00 AM From Authorid: 64819 I do occasionally. I like to do the red thing, the redder the better. I normally do the manic panic and dye my hair coke bottle red, haven't done it in a while though. |

Date: 12/12/2012 10:05:00 AM From Authorid: 61966 I use to dye my hair a lot, no grays for me yet! I have blonde hair, usually I get some lighter blonde highlights but not a color change. I'm so pale, that darker colors make me look like casper!! |
Date: 12/12/2012 10:06:00 AM From Authorid: 61966 Nice to see you around, KiKi!! |
Date: 12/12/2012 10:25:00 AM From Authorid: 63258 Men dye their hair these days too, ya know. |
Date: 12/12/2012 10:30:00 AM From Authorid: 53427 Welcome back Kiki. To answer your question, yes I have dyed my hair, only like twice, both times very close to the natural color. B |
Date: 12/12/2012 10:32:00 AM From Authorid: 53427 Hate it when I press submit too soon. Try this again. But I am now 36, and the grays are becoming more and more to pluck. So I guess soon I'll have to dye it. Hate to, because I don't want to mess up the healthy natural texture. |
Date: 12/12/2012 12:12:00 PM From Authorid: 1280 I haven't dyed my hair in a while. I use whatever is on sale, it all tends to take really well. Sometimes I order Manic Panic (its a hot topic brand I think) it got all the really wild, vibrant colors. And they don't wash out really fast. |

Hi Vanwise nice to meet you!...Welcome to KeeKs Posts lol.....beautiful to see new people here...unless my mind has forgotten .....giggles if so please forgive Yes I dont have any set brand although I want to buy the most expensive...I do buy the coupon ones like I said |
Date: 12/12/2012 2:17:00 PM From Authorid: 31765 Welcome back home, Kiki I do dye my hair. I dye it black (my natural color is reddish blond) I dye it because my natural color makes my face look very washed out, and with the dye it just gives me a very pale complexion. Even at my age I'm goth I usually use black with blue highlights, and the brand doesn't matter to me. Technique I use it to comb the dye through my hair from scalp to tips. It keeps the color even and I have more control over where the dye goes. To keep dark dye from staining your skin you can put a thin layer of vaseline on your forehead, ears and anywhere you don't want the dye to stain your skin. Hope this helped a little and welcome back yo USM! |
Date: 12/12/2012 2:34:00 PM From Authorid: 42945 I go to the salon and have it dyed blonde with burgundy foils...I've actually been dyeing my hair since I was 16..I've been every colour there is over the years LOL..eventhough my hair is dyed, I look after it and have treatments to it to keep it healthy.. |
Date: 12/12/2012 2:42:00 PM From Authorid: 65687 I dye my hair all the time. I am in the Cosmetology field and strongly reccomend Garnier Nutrisse as an affordable brand. My colour for almost 3 years was Garnier R3-Medium Intense Auburn. But last time I dyed my hair, I used a light brown to lighten the colour, then I bleached two strips and put in bright red, then I got highlights. I dye my hair myself and reccomend just all over- scrubbing of the head. For highlights, I like caps so much better. |

Date: 12/13/2012 9:01:00 PM From Authorid: 998 Hi Mama Kat I don't dye my hair and never have. I would probably have to by 5 or 6 boxes of the stuff if I did to get the entire length of my hair .. LOL. My mother turned grey and didn't like it so she colored with Clairol Semi-permanent hair color. She liked that it washed out slowly over a couple of months, if she didn't like the color she selected. |
Date: 12/14/2012 3:36:00 AM From Authorid: 23075 I do NOT dye my hair, never have, and I have absolutely not ONE grey hair on my head and I'm 55, guess i have some good genes lmao |
Date: 12/14/2012 1:46:00 PM From Authorid: 37843 Hey Kiki! I dye my hair sometimes, I used a box kit last week and completely missed the color I was going for AND my hair ended up the same color as my ex's new g/f, sooo I called a friend who is a hair dresser, and after threatening my life (again) if I EVER use a box again, she fixed it... it's a very dark auburn now instead of carrot top orange.... my original color is brown. |
