Only during Halloween time You send your kids out to beg for candy from strangers
You can walk down the street dressed like a maniac and armed with various dangerous weapons and no one seems to even notice
A man can dress like a crazy woman or woman super hero, and no one cares
You can have a graveyard in your front yard without anyone calling the police
If you see someone with knife in their chest you don't call 911 ... maybe ...LOL
