Hey USM. Just a little mysterious thing that happened this morning I wanted to share! :)
This morning, I did not go to my classes because I wasn't feeling well. I slept until 11:30, and I felt ALOT better when I got up the second time. Well, my mom usually goes to work about 11:00, and I wasn't sure if she was off today or not, and if not I knew I would get in trouble for not going to clases today, even though my dad knew I didn't go. I was going to go into the kitchen to get some water, and then thought, "well, if mom is in there she might get mad." so I hung out in my room for a little while, and then decided, She would find out eventually, so I went to open my door (which is REALLY creaky for some reason, no other doors in the house are like this so it is very easy to tell when someone is going in or coming out of my room.)
I turned the handle and then before I even had time to push the door open, I heard coughing, and almost backed down then, thinking "Oh, Mom is home, I'm so gonna be yelled at," but then I threw my door open anyway (after hearing coughing for a few more minutes, I might add.) and then walked into the kitchen. Well, nobody was in the house at all. I checked my brothers' room, empty. The living room, empty, kitchen, empty, laundry room, empty, parents' bedroom, empty. Well, you get the picture. The house was empty. I checked my parents' room incase my mom was still asleep, and it was empty. And then I heard coughing again. Needless to say, I booked it back to my room and slammed the door closed, locking it behind me. I tried to sleep again, but just couldn't because the thought of someone in my house was too much.
After a few more minutes, I wakled back into the living room, carrying multiple items, including my phone, my computer, DS, and my pocket knife, and I have been sitting on the couch watching TV and writing a story to ease my mind. So, any ideas of what the coughing may have been since I am home alone and all the locks and windows in the house are secure? Thanks:)
*Extreme_Queen* How it changed my life:It didn't really, besides giving me a good morning scare. Er, well, good noon-time scare.
