She is AO! Up until last night I wasn't really scared, more puzzled than anything. I hate that tense, knot in the pit of the stomach feeling. Nothing worse than being awakened by an unexplained noise. |

WOW Kelly, your dog obviously heard or saw something, did you go downstairs to check and see if it was something that your doggies might have knocked over or something??there could well be a logical explantion for it all but it would frighten the beejesus outta me also if I heard a loud noise and then doggie comes up scared.. |

I did check things out, Zema. There was nothing to explain the noise. It sounded like an entry door slamming, the way my husband does when he comes flying in from the outside. |

Gee Kelly, now that is scary! One night I heard a terrible bang came from down the back of the house (inside) and Ted was in hospital at the time and my little dog Crystal started barking, well kid I didn't panic and its a long house. I got up switching on all the lights as I made my way down to the living room where I thought the noise came from and when I got there, one of the photos had fallen down off the wall, and our living room has 11 foot ceilings so the noise was compounded with like echoing, *sheesh*, I was shaking I was so scared. Crystal was asleep in the living room and it frightened the heck out of her, I took her to bed with me as her little heart was racing (along with mine).
I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found what caused the noise, I know I wouldn't have slept thats for sure.. |

Jesse slept with me again last night. I didn't hear anything, but she scratched at my door, when I opened it she looked so pitiful I let her in. She's 10 years old and has slept with me more in the last week then in the past 10 years. |

lol Zema. I've discovered if I put pillows between her and me, she at least doesn't get into my leg space and stays on her side of the bed. |

Okay, another strange thing. I'm pulling out of the garage and look in my rear view mirror..and guess who is running loose? The dog. Have no idea when or how she got out, unless she's taken to opening and closing the doors by herself. |

It's cute that she snores! Even though I am sure it's annoying! At least you love her enough to let her sleep with you. |
