I want to show a form of political manipulation called the Pincer Movement first written about in 1957 by Jan Kozak a member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party in Czechoslovakia; his book titled "How Parliment Took a Revolutionary Part in the Transition to Socialism and the Role of the Popular Masses". There is a American version titled "And Not a Shot Fired, the Communist Strategy for Subverting a Representative Government".
Mr. Kozak describes what the "Pincers Movement" is, it is a method that conspirators can use a Parliment or Congress as "Pressure from Above and the masses (mob) as the Pressure from Below", to convert a Democracy into a Dictatorship.
The strategy goes like this: A preliminary condition for carrying out fundamental social changes and for making it possible that a Parliament be made use of for the purpose of transforming a Capitalistic society into a Socalistic one is:
a: to fight for a firm parliamentary majority which would ensure and develop a strong 'pressure from above' and
b: to see to it that this firm parlimentary majority should rely on the revolutionary activity of the broad working masses exerting 'pressure from below'.
The five part program to sieze control of the Government goes like this:
1) Have the conspiracy's own people infiltirate the government.
2) Create a real or alleged grievance, usually through either a action by the government or a situation where the government should have acted and didn't.
3) Have a mob created by the real or alleged grievance that the government or the conspiracy caused, demand that the problem be solved by the governmental action.
4) have the conspirators in the government remedy the real or alleged situation with some oppresive legislation.
5) Repeat these steps as needed. The legislation the government passes does not solve the problem and the mob demands more and more legislation until the government becomes more totalitarian in nature by possesing more power. Total power is the goal from the beginning from the conspirators; "A systematic attempt to create grievances in order to exploit them".
This technique was used by Hitler who sent his own party loyalists into the streets to create Terror even though they passed legislation to stop it. Below and Above strategy. Then Hitler was in a position to stop the terror even though he was the one causing it. They listened to the only man that could stop it and gave him all the power to do so! The same strategy was used in Prohibition by organized crime and now the "War on Drugs" and the "War on Terrorism".
I hope everyone can now see that this political and Conspiratorial tool has been used over and over again throughout the world and in many different Capitalistic societies. Prominently by the Federal Government of the United States of America on many, many levels.
