It can be hard to put together a post and have so few comments. We post for the social aspect dont we? We post in the hope of having some feedback? I think it would be nice to have something that people can use to acknowledge a post without going to all the trouble of replying. Or people should quit being lazy and reply anyway!!!  |

There is a rating section of the reply box above where you put in replies. I dont know how you are informed of the rating. I have never used it. If I liked something I would say so, Thanks for sharing this story or such. I dont get much replies, but having been aleast read, is something to me. Keep writing and have faith.  |

As far as I know, if someone rates you..you are not notified. I know we can see how many views our posts have gotten, but that does not exactly mean it was read that many times. People could click it and read one sentence and go on to something else. |

Well, if people took the time to do that...I guess that would suffice. Facebook is not the only website that has a like button though. Most of the forums I belong to have a like button. |

It does sound too facebook-ish, because than people might just start "Like" posts instead of actually commenting on them, but I do think we need something.... hmmmmm, keep the suggestions going!  |

You know, I used to make some graphics for people's birthdays and special occasions, and I would spend a fair amount of time hunting for the graphic and taking the background out, adding this and that, and trying to make it special...on FB all I would ever get is a like...if that...except from a few rare people, so I sort of quit wasting my time. I don't like FB. It's just too easy to like and move on. I prefer the way things are done here. I don't need the likes...the views are enough. The extra perks are when people reply. I like that too.  |
