I read an article somewhere that manufactured juice has been so processed there is actually no benefits left within the juice anymore, hence why you see 'now with more calcium' or 'extra vitamin c'. I don't know whether or not it's entirely true but it's something to ponder. I am not fond of orange juice but if I drink it I don't like all the pulp in there. Fresh juiced blood oranges are good though  |
