Mesmerizing Scenerio

I was wondering what does hypnotism in a dream mean? A dream book I have (The Dreamers Dictionary)says dreaming of being hypnotized is a warning to let sleeping dogs lie."Confession may be good for the soul,but to remember that as far as others are concerned ignorance is beneficial bliss." If you dreamed involved hypnotizing someone else,"you'd better start economizing because you'll soon be under some delayed financial strain." Those who interpret dreams what does stuff like that symblize with you? I'd like to know because I have an very old dream I just started remembering from a time when I didn't know or understand about things like that or what it was,and may post in this section to have interpreted. From what I can remember in recalling discription of the senerio I was observing,thats what I saw going on in that dream. Danny3
