Divine Self and the Ego ~ Boom

I want to explain something for those that are interested in the process of awakening. I went through the process many years ago and learned many different concepts of truth. I was later closed off from raising my vibrations to a certain point. It has been years and I just realize why the other day.

YOU - are not yourself. You think you are because its a very convincing illusion from the ego. Ego is the false sense of who you are. Your a product of this ego dominated society. The EGO has a self preservation function. It will defend itself against any ideas that might be a threat to its control. If someone told you that you are not yourself, i imagine some would even get hostile. The aggression is the ego protecting itself.

If it makes sense to you then your first thought would probably be - "I have to destroy my ego" - that's the ego talking. It will confuse you into making it stronger with false ideas.

A spiritual rule of energy 'whatever you resist, persist'. Meaning whatever you fight against, you actually bring about or make stronger.You need to learn to tame the ego. Get the ego to give up control.

Even though I learned certain truths in my first awakening experience - those truths were the very things keeping me down. This is what I do and my conclusions as to why I feel this way. The reason we sit still and quiet the mind is to get in touch with our higher selves. When your mind doesn't stop talking, its your ego getting in the way. It knows if you get in touch with your divine self it will have to sit in the back seat and it likes to drive.

Think about it, you want your mind to stop talking, yet it still talks - who's in control? We have our limited awareness because we have blocks in our minds. These blocks are limiting belief structures. The more blocks you have the harder it is to let the energy flow. To wipe away every single block in your mind in one big sweep you need sit in a quiet place and still your mind. Trigger memories of 'love' and being happy. Hold on to those feelings. Not the thoughts. Next thing you must do is clear your mind and *SURRENDER YOURSELF*

You are not yourself - so to surrender yourself is to surrender the will of the ego to your divine self. To surrender is to DETACH from your ego.

When you quiet your mind you open the energy channels and allow your divine self to shine and increase your awareness. The thoughts and ideas, even the concepts of truth all act as perceptual filters limiting your awareness. What you perceive and the concepts you hold an attachment towards is reality. To believe in something is to attach your awareness to that concept.

The act of detachment/surrendering is to give up everything you think you know about life, give up everything you think you know about yourself. Give up your religion, concepts, everything. In order to remember who you really are - you need to forget who you think you are. To 'give up' is the feeling of 'uncertainty'. The main goal is to temporarily stop thinking entirely and live in the moment.

The reason this is an important step is once you think you know something, you cut yourself off from communication with your divine self. Keyword is think - thinking revolves in the brain = EGO. Knowing revolves around the heart = Divine Self. To think is not to know. Even if you learn something in your heart, the information gets stored in your brain and your able to recall it. The heart is like flowing water, concepts don't sit in the heart. It flows.

This process is the most difficult because the ego will fight you every step of the way. It will say everything it can to make you doubt yourself, telling you 'this is dumb, stop'. It will start to recall memories and concepts that will make you want to stop. If you give all those ideas up it will have no defense. Give up, give to god, give to your higher self, let go. Whatever words work for you as long the feeling is the feeling of detachment.

Your ego does not die, it only submits to the will of the divine self. The key is to maintain the 'stillness' of thought. As the ego submits you will no longer encounter intrusive thoughts at such a unmanageable degree. It will feel like a weight is lifted off of your shoulders. You will feel the energy pour into your being, pressure at the top of your head as your crown chakra opens.

A trick I do is when I try to clear my mind and I hear thought chatter as I breath I hold my breath. When my mind stills I then continue to breath. The air you breath is prana/life energy. When my mind settles I give the energy to the stillness. Breathing is very important. This is how I work, to each his own. The whole time if I encountered a thought I let it pass, or conjured the feeling of surrender. I mentally said "I surrender myself to my divine self", triggered feelings of love and sat still. At one point I really felt like a piece of me was dying. Ultimate leap of faith to trade what you know for the unknown.

As you perform this process put your attention on different parts of your body. Third eye (forehead), center of your chest, heart. Move the energy all through out your body. Your heart is a brain, think with it.

We live in a backwards society. We are in an illusion of separation. This society strictly supports the ego as a dominant force. We are taught we are either dominantly LEFT or RIGHT brain thinkers. Limiting thought structure. When thinking with the heart it activates both hemisphere of the brain and they think as one. When the divine self is realized then all is working in harmony, including whole brain thinking.

We cant allow the ego control our will but at the same time it needs to exist because it is part of the same structure of one. Its about balance. The ego is our personality but it overshadows the divine self and creates an imbalance. If we have the divine self driving the vehicle, it still allows the ego to exist just not control. HARMONY.

There is no good or evil, we are just riding ONE SPECTRUM of light - we are just finding ourselves at either end of the poles and not the middle.

Maintaining this mind state with a loving, positive attitude towards life will -

Change your perceptions on the world, see through the illusion, psychic awareness is taking to another dimension, see and talk to angels/aliens, know your true purpose, how life works, creativity increase, manifest reality. So much more.
