Astral Projection/Deep Meditation

Hello, all!

I've been interested in astral projection since I was 10, when I first started coming to USM. I've never tried it, but I'm interested in doing so. I've never done any deep meditation or anything, so I was wondering if anyone had any techniques or tips? Also, if anyone has had any experiences with this, please let me know! I want to know a bit of what I'm about to get into lol!

Its one of those things though..when it happens you will KNOW it because it is not just a dream. I've never been able to get to the point of being able to induce one on my own, but there are a lot of websites with tips and techniques on how to do it.

wake up 2 hrs than you normally would, stay up for 30mins, then go lie down and meditate. start calming your mind and visualize things like doors, trees, buildings whatever is easiest for you. almost every time I do this I will experience something interesting. even if its not a full OBE (which often occurs), I will experience many visions and seeing fractal type things
