This story was told to me by my dear friend.. She has always been a very honest and upfront person. I have NO reason not to believe her. This story is pretty amazing..
I met E in college and I hated her at first.. We were paired up for an assignment and after about 15 minutes together I loved her.. We became so close she actually moved in with my family for a while. The first time I ever went to her home town she gave me the full tour.. She lived on her step fathers horse farm in a big, old beautiful home. She drove me around to all the towns hot spots and finally to a cemetery where we set in her little Ford and I quietly listened to her tell her Ouija story.. When she was 11 she had a slumber party.. It was her and 6 of her closest girl friends.. E snuck down to the basement and took her step dads VERY old Ouija board back to her room. She hadn't really ever messed with one, but knew the general idea of how they worked.. She said all the girls were sooo scared but so excited to try it.. E said it started right up answering questions.. Being young girls, they were asking who liked them and who they were going to marry, etc.
After about 30 minutes E said she remembered just kind of fading out of the room and seeing her grandfather who had passed.. He was in a room with her good friend Megan's grandmother, who had also passed. They were telling E that she need to worry about Megan because she was going to be ok.. She was going to be just fine and would be taken care of. When E came out of her trance the girls were all staring out her completely freaked out.. "E THAT ISNT FUNNY STOP DOING THAT!!" She said, "What? What did I do??" The girls told her that she got this funny look on her face and started talking in a deep voice to Megan about how she was going to be ok.. E insisted she didn't remember doing this.. Well all the gals started screaming.. E's mom heard them and ran to E's room.. She was NOT happy when she saw them on the board.. She demanded to know where she had found that thing.. E told her in the basement.. Her mom ordered her to take it out to the burn barrel in the horse corral. E asked her mom if it could wait until the morning, because she was too scared to go out there at night.. Her mom said no way, she wanted out of the house.. So all of E's friends said they would go with her.. They locked arms and made their way across the yard into the horse corral. She said they threw it in the burn barrel and ran back in as fast as they could. She said they were all quiet the rest of the night..
The next morning E woke up to her mother's voice yelling for E to get downstairs RIGHT now. E went to see what was wrong.. Her mom said, "WHAT DID I TELL YOU LASTNIGHT???" E said, "what mom what???" "I told you to get rid of that board!" E said, " Mom I did! I did!" "Oh ya, whats this??" E said lying on the kitchen table was the board... She KNEW there was NO WAY ON EARTH ANY of her friends would have went back out that night to the field to get that board... NO WAY.. Her mom said, "Take it back out there NOW!" E said her step dad was outside and he had a fire started in the barrel already. She threw it in the fire and he said, "Why are you doing that??" "Mom caught us playing it and is making me.. " "Oh, well.. okay" he said.. After breakfast her mom took all 6 girls home.. When E and her mom returned home, her mother walked into the kitchen.. E heard her gasp.. "WHAT IS THIS???" E ran in and saw the board BACK ON THE KITCHEN TABLE!!! "MOM I SWEAR, I SWEAR ASK DAD!!" She called her husband and he was shocked.. He said I saw her put it the barrel and he swore he didn't touch it.. He took it back to the basement and hid it..
E said a couple of months later Megan was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer.. She died within 6 months.. I would have started laughing if E didn't start to cry when she finished her story.. I thought she was just messing with me.. She pointed to a very well decorated head stone that read Megans name.. She wasn't kidding.. WOW.. I played it too later in life.. Boy do I have some stories of my own.. I will be posting them soon. Thanks- OWL1983 How it changed my life:Its very eye opening that these things do have some connections... But be careful..
