Christmas Tree Smiley???

Hey guys...I've noticed the cute little Christmas tree smiley on here, and would like to know how you make him? I went to have a look in the FAQ, but then couldn't find that....I'm losing it I think...LOL...'Tis the season to lose ones mind. ;)
