A White Shadow? -animacordepleno

I barely remember my first actual OBE, but I do remember this OBE experience I am about to tell you guys:

It was almost 3AM in the morning and as usual I was laying down trying to go back to sleep. My eye lids completely shut and I opened them again to see shadows surrounding my bed. I felt like I was floating up. It was like they were trying to separate me from my body. But out of nowhere, I see a different kind of shadow in front of me...it was white one. I felt no eerie feeling from it, it's like it wanted to help me. It placed its hand on my chest, over my heart and I felt and heard a sudden rush of air(like when you put your head out the window of a moving car but the air is moving in reverse)upon me. I wake up to find myself back in my body. I still felt that warming presence afterwards and went back to sleep with no problems. Have any of you guys ever saw a white shadow before?

It changed my perspective of shadows.
