I went to the store when the total including tax came up 666
very cool and freaked out a clerk or two that sees this number.
I am supposing one smart minded person will figure out the sybolic nature of this number vs biblical nature.
until then its ok to see view and or read this number.
Just dont get it tattooed on your forehead or arm ...just in case.
I dont like tatoos on my body I cant even fathom the thought.
my skin is too wrinkley and haggard and with its greenish hue...it wouldnt look good anyways. Haha

But seriously, I also read that some scientists state that the Bible was interpretted incorrectly and the number is actually 111. Anyone else remember reading something about that? It's just a row of numbers. In gnostism the number 6 is actually a spiritual number. so is 3 and 9. There just numbers. Poeple attach labels to them. Being afraid of 666 is nothing more than to me, seems like a really uselless fear tatic.  |

In Nevada,or California, I had read that the highway that goes through Death Valley use to be Hwy666. Their use to be lots of auto accidents due people freaking themselves out and wrecking. The Department of Transportation changed the number to 127. The number of accidents had gone way down.  |

In the Book of Revelations it does not say that 666 is the number of Satan or any devil. It says it is the number of a man. To understand what this means, one needs to understand the relationship of the Greek Alphabet with the Greek Numerals. They were one in the same. Therefore A, ALPHA, is number 1. I, IOTA, is number 10. P, RHO, is number 100. etc, etc. So, letters were used to write numbers. In the original Book of Revelations 666 is written in Greek Letters and could also be interpreted as 616. Furthermore, in that it will be "the number of a man" means that his name will add up to 666. This isn't using New Age numerology that uses the modern English alphabet, so nope Ronald Reagan probably wasn't the Antichrist. You must use the Greek Alphabet and it's numerical system. Therefore, the common Greek name NIKO (nu-iota-kappa-omicron) will add up to 150 because N=50, I=10, K=20, O=70, and 150 is written PN (rho-nu which is 100 and 50). There are lots of resources on the internet that can teach about both the Greek Alphabet and Greek Numerals. This is a passion of mine. I hope my information helps! |
