-Close Friend...

I have made a new friend a bit back. Him and I have become close, I trust him with everything in me. I was wondering if he actually has feelings for me like he says, possibly if he's in love with me but too afraid to say it for a few personal reasons. He does have a girlfriend and he knows how I feel but sometimes I often wonder if he's in love with me because of how he talks to me and the fact he has told me he has deep feelings for me and that hasn't changed. I'd greatly appreciate your answer.
