looking for advice/help

I have a very good friend who I've know intimately for 6 years. He used to be funny,charming, out going, always had a smile on his face. He lives with his grandparent who are in there late 70's . In 6 yrs I've watched them all go thru major changes everything from drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and old age. The grandparents are old obviously but they used to do thing go to church, have friends over etc. and my friend used to be extreamly out going full of life. Grandma at 75 could run circles around my 33 yr old self, grandpa gets drunk and wants to die. and my friend has horrible pains in his stomach. they have had 4 dogs which have all died and not of old age. my friends dog is now sick she has sores and has lost a lot of weight so anyways..... that's a little back story so here's the problem...... I've watched all of them change from one extream to the other. It went from a bright calm place ( I would often seek refuge there in hectic days, I called them peaceful grandma's house moments) to very dark and negative. I went over there last night for the first time in about 6 months and when I pulled in the driveway and looked at the house I got the creeps. That's never happened before. when I went inside the house reeked of death. there last dog was hit by a car and died in there but the house has since been disinfected. but the smell lingers and the pressure of negative energy was emence. I am EXTREAMLY concerned for my friend and I want to help SO bad but I don't know what to do, who to talk to or if I should just let it be and walk away because I myself suffer from depression and I'm trying to cleanse my own aura and energy. I was told today the ashes of their dead son are still in that house and his wishes were to be scattered after he died 8 yrs ago and 50 or so years ago someone hung themselves in the garage ( not attached to the house) Anyways I don't know if one has anything to do with the other but if some one could help me or direct me to someone that can it would be greatly appreciated! And in turn I could not only help myself but I can help my friend.
