The Agency Pt 5 <Doughboy>

The agent waited that evening in central park in the area where most the attacks seem to happen. It was dark and the agent could barely see in front of his face as a fog rolled in but he could sense someone behind him. "So tell me vampire," the agent said, "How is it you managed to reverse the curse placed upon you?"

The man replied, "I don't know what you are talking about sir."

"Don't play dumb, I know who you are and you know who I am so lets cut out these games."

"Fine you want to know the truth. Satan promised me I would be the most powerful nightwalker ever to roam the Earth, but after he got what he wanted he took back his promise and turned me into a hideous giant bat. I fled to the forest where I thought I would spend the rest of my days until one day I was captured and brought back by some explorers as a trophy, alive of course. I managed to escape my cage and kill my captures and found my self in Spain.

I eventually found vampires as well and as revenge to Satan decided to destroy what I was promised to be. But after sucking the blood from several vampires I noticed new abilities. I was able to change from man to beast. The more blood I drank from them the more powerful I became."

"Nice story, but this is where it ends," the agent cut him off, "You messed with the wrong vampire this time and he is planning a war against you a war I can not allow, and the way I see it is that the only way to make sure it don't happen is to remove the threat myself."

The vampire laughed and grew large in size, wings sprouting out his back, "You think you can stop me, I am more powerful than the devil himself." The beast uprooted a tree with his bare hands and tossed it at the agent and he dodged the attack.

The agent threw a silver steak into the beast's heart thinking that would be the end but he just removed it and tossed it aside. "Perhaps I should remind you, I am not a vampire, Satan took that ability away from me so I don't have the vampire weaknesses."

The agent had an idea, "I would love to see the form Satan made you after he screwed you over."

"Why?" the beast asked,

"Just curious really, I never seen a man sized bat before."

"I suppose it would make for a more fair fight and it would be more fun to rip you to shreds as well in that form." The beast shrunk down to human size and his wings fused with his arms and legs, his face turned to a bat face and he was unable to speak only letting out a loud ear piercing bat screech.

"Very scary," the agent said as he quickly threw a thin long wire around the animal.

The beast turned back to human form and the wire shrunk with him. "You think this can stop me" he laughed and then tried to enlarge but the wire sliced into his skin and he stopped.

"Perhaps I should have warned you," the agent said "the agency I work for has the weaponry and ability to destroy every non human thing on this planet, but instead we choose to let them live with us just so long as they remain unknown to the population and leave them alone. What you have wrapped around you right now is a thin micro wire that can cut through steel, you try to grow it cuts you into tiny little pieces, same thing if I pull on it, so here is the deal, either turn yourself in or die."

"I would rather die than turn myself over to you mortals," the beast snarled.

"Then so be it," the agent pulled on the other side of the wire that was protected with a handle and the beast was no more. The agent called into his boss, "Threat neutralized, clean up requested."

A clean up crew was there in minutes to remove any trace of the short battle and agent was given his next assignment.
