Mints.

I find that when my tummy is borborygmus, sucking a mint helps calm it down......Sometimes the borborygmus will continue, in which case I suck another mint.  I didn't know where to put this little bit of advice, hope this was the right section.

Oh, btw, I really wanted to use today's word of the day borborygmus and thought this was a fun way to do it. :-P
