My daughter and I found a site where they take clips of movies and the radio station calls someone and plays the clips and gets people to respond to them as if it's an actual conversation. Is that what you are talking about??
We took some of the clips, if I recall it was jack nicholson from a few good men, and we pulled it on my daughters friend who was totally sucked into the 'conversation'. I've never laughed so hard!! |

Oh, I get it now...those were some really funny clips. Our radio station does something like it...they were calling people up and pretending to be from the census bureau and asking really outrageous questions. |

Imus in the Morning used to do things like that. They played a few pranks on coworkers and friends and I forget who else. It was pretty funny! |

Well, I've heard of something that actually turned out pretty bad ROFL. It wasn't even intentional, the one where the girl calls (I think her name was Kim) and tells the DJ that her boyfriend would never cheat on her, and the DJ was like "this will be boring." But calls the guy anyway and says he has won a bouquet of flowers from the flower shop that the DJ pretends to be working for, that he just needs a name of who to send the flowers too... the guy goes on to respond "My wife Cindy." It really happened, and there are clips all over the internet about it, even on Snopes that has it marked as a true story! |
