LOL..@ keets,yes,the crown was passed to me,(when i was born with what,was called a veil over the face). DOES THAT,mean that we are,well, you know that we are werid are something????? My daughter thinks so,i was burning sage one day,KEETS..she went back and told everyone that mother was smoking reefer. Okay. Knittin needles don't work. I didn't have another person to try this with so I tried holdin' them with my toes but they kept wantin' to go all wonky without me even being ready to zap them with my mind. I finally got them to stand up straight, and that's when I got the toe cramps and had to quit. I'll have to get some wire coat hangers to give this a good go. Thanks for sharing. HUGS |

Good post Star2. I've always been naturally good at manipulating and controlling my energies, as well as being able to see it. There are a few different things that I know how to do, but I've never really had a useful purpose for them beyond just being able to. I'll give this exercise a try and practice with it. For me, its difficult to concentrate or focus whenever there is someone there that knows what I'm doing. I've been able to move small objects before without even touching them, but the level of concentration or focus it required was intense and easily broken. I'm sure if I practice it more that wont be an issue any longer. Since those days, I've been working on my mind and awareness more so than that stuff. As I've been rewiring my brain, things have been becoming clearer to me and the mechanics of how they work. Through all of the above, my energy levels are much different, much higher now. As well, my ability to control it is much stronger. I have a question for you though because you brought it up, and I dont know other people I can talk to about these things or what I know. You said to ask if you get a headache or anything like that?? Whenever I'm focused on controlling the energy around me and I started to play with them, the energy starts to build up a lot. As it begins to build up and become more concentrated, it starts to put a lot of pressure on my body, especially my head. Because of the energy I start to get a "pressure headache" from it. Whenever this happens I take the energy and I just put it into something else away from me. For example, when the energy gets uncomfortable like that, I'll take the energy and "drain" it into an object near me, like a chair or other inanimate object. Lately, I've gotten myself this stone that I wear and whenever energy builds up too much I put the energy into the stone instead and it seems to keep it at a level that doesnt create pressure on me. My question is this: Is there anything I can do before the energy builds up too much so I can better control it and not become "over pressured" by it? Also, is there anything I can use my abilities for that would benefit others?? I'd like to use it for good instead of the random "tricks" I know how to use it for. Thanks!!  |
