That article you linked to was a goldmine of hilarity. "Chavez did indicate his awareness of U.S. weather weapons after the Haiti Earthquake". Chavez is a genius to link earthquakes with weather.
Maybe what drones can't do, our weapon machine can! With the pakistan floods we have a chance of wiping out Osama and many taliban militants.
As for the storms in Washington DC. Wouldn't it have been cheaper to kill "community leader and activist", Carl Henn (who is he by the way? Is he getting out of hand with a petition drive?) in a random ATM robbery rather than unleashing our super-duper weather machine?  |

I just looked up Carl Henn, he who may have been taken out with the weather machine. He started community gardens, removed snow when it was piled 6 feet high on the curbs by snow plows. 'He was a fixture at City Council meetings, urging leaders to forgo road construction in favor of improving paths for cyclists and pedestrians and to pursue fuel sources beyond petroleum. Friends said his dry wit kept his message more lighthearted than preachy'.
Clearly he was a menace to the military and Elites.

HAARP has nothing to do with the weather aside from catching snow and blocking wind. It is a array designed to detect submarines and other ocean going craft by there radiographic signatures. To think this array can control the weather is crazy, have you seen it? I would have an easier time believing the array SETI uses, contols the weather before I would believe this bunch of poles and wires did?  |
