Bearded Dragon talking?

Ok, I've had some crazy things happen before but this takes the cake. I was in the kitchen in my house talking to my brother when I clearly heard behind me someone clear their throat. I heard a distinct "Ahem!". When I looked behind me, there's a doorway leading to the hall and across the hallway my brother's door was open and I could see his bearded dragon looking at me in his habitat. I stopped what I was doing and kind of shook my head and my brother asked what happened so I let it go at that. Fast forward to yesterday, I was coming out of the restroom which is near the kitchen and also across the hallway but at that angle, I can't see the bearded dragon. This time as I was coming out of the bathroom, I heard a distinct but incomprehensible child's voice and again it was coming from the hallway. I peered around the door at my brother's pet and he just looked back at me and turned his head. Bearded dragons are not known to speak as far as I know and the most sound I've heard come out of him is when he's angry and he kind of hisses or gasps and opens his mouth. Either we've got a ghost that likes the bearded dragon or he's taken up talking and making noises.

It would be my luck to have an animal talk when no one is looking...
