A few months from now, in July, I will be 27 years old. I first came to this site when I was 18 years old, at the request of my then-girlfriend FallinAngel. Very quickly, I made some real friends. Friends that were more like family to me. The first person to embrace me here was CerebralAzzazzyn. He however, left the site within my first year (although he later came back for about one year in 2005 or 2006). With him gone, the first real friends I made here were Frankenstein, Rika, Bethann, and MoonGirl. It saddens me that of that core little group, Rika is the only one I am still in contact with today. For Frankenstein, and now MoonGirl, are no longer with us. Bethann probably was my closest friend I ever made here, but neither her nor I -- even though we both are still around -- are all that active here anymore; and we definitely aren't active at the same time. And as for me not being active... Well, I've lost touch with most of my friends I've made here over the years. Whether they're still here or not, I hope they know I cherish and appreciate all of them. People like Penny and Linda I never had the chance to tell them this personally. So -- and forgive me if I forget a person or two -- I want to take this moment to tell a few people that may or may not be reading this. I've made some very close friends over the years, and if I never hear from them again, I want them to know that they have influenced my life in a positive way, and I will always love them for it.
