Lol. That's what they get!! I had neighbors like that before, and I was always terrified they would catch our or someone else's house on fire. |

I know, and you wouldn't think it would be aloud in a nice neighborhood too. > |

Reminds me of my teenage years. My cousin Jimmy, my brother, and I, would set off fireworks at his house. One time it was me, my cousin Nick, and Jimmy setting off fireworks in his front yard. Jimmy placed a bottle rocket in a cassette tape and me and nick were in his garage. And the bottle rocket flew into the garage almost hitting me and nick. We were taping it, and the video is hilarious of the bottle rocket zooming past us. |

Fireworks are illegal over here and only supposedly to be used in proper organised situations in time for New Year, Queens Birthday weekend etc and other special days. Somehow the kids seem to be able to get hold of them but I have to admit that since the ruling was brought in, we do not have that problem anymore. If someone continually kept using them they would be reported to the police and arrested... |

I have always felt that fireworks should be banned completely. |

Zema, you need a permit to use fireworks where I live and can only use them for holidays. Cops have been called by other neighbors but its over before the cops arrive. |

There have been people like that in my neighborhood too. They just look at the clock and say "hmmmm...it's 2:30 AM, might as well light a fire cracker". I just don't know about some people. |
