It's good to know someone besides me is seeing this sort of thing. I didn't know about the 26,000 years though. Afew years back I was checking out eclipses and celestial events for years to come, and 2012 is going to be an interesting year as it is. Everyone has been freaking out about the world ending. I always tell my friends that I feel it's going to be a big change probably for the better. Regarding Orions belt and the pyramids... it's pretty cool. One of the stars on Orion's belt is a little offset and that's sometimes not noticed. Even the pyramids have one that is a little offset. The Egyptians really got it accurate. Great post  |

this is a very interesting post. For myself, I enjoy learning the facts like the information about the cycles and the pyramids, but as to the part about it bringing social change or changes in the earth, I strongly doubt it will be anything other than just another day or year or whatever. Any changes I believe will be those we as humans initiate by our personal beliefs and actions. But that is just my opinion. I can be wrong, so we will see. I expect to still be around for the show. LOL  |

This alignment has occured before. 2012 might not be the end of civalisation, but the beginning of something more important. I thknk that the study of Maya (???) and the civilisation is very interesting. Something will happen, but the question is and will remain when!  |

Interesting, I know about the galactic alignment but I didn't know the pyramids were built after Orion. I believe I read somewhere the alignment will be above one of the pyramids, like the one on the dollar bill, where the all seeing eye is... if that is true, I wonder if something will be "appearing" at that spot. If so, I'm not so sure I will welcome it... thanks for sharing,  |
