Weight Watchers breakfast

1 slice of raisin toast (fruit bread, toasted)

light ricotta cheese

Fresh berries

honey

LSA (which is ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds~found in the health section of the supermarket)

Spread ricotta onto the toast, put on berries, dribble some honey over the berries, then sprinkle some LSA over the lot.

This is so yummy.  WW's recipe used banana, which is yummy too.  I haven't put quantities, cos I really think it's a taste thing.  WW had it as a 2 1/2 point breakfast, I use less ricotta, less honey and less LSA but it is still filling.

Date: 1/7/2010 3:57:00 PM  From Authorid: 15157    Does LSA promote any type of weightloss?
Or it only for flavor?

Date: 1/7/2010 3:59:00 PM  From Authorid: 42945    Yes I follow the WW points system and there is always plenty to eat, the only thing is that I ate what I felt like and as much as I like over Christmas, so I am being really hard on myself at the moment LOL that will teach me...oh, and I grind my own LSA and have a very large jar full of it...
