Date: 12/22/2009 4:15:00 PM From Authorid: 54444 Something to consider, but I don't feel it is necessary here. I read nearly every post and have never seen that as a problem, probably because Admin screens every post as it is posted. does anyone else think we have the need? |
Date: 12/22/2009 4:20:00 PM From Authorid: 23075 I don't think we have the need either. |
Date: 12/22/2009 4:31:00 PM From Authorid: 11097 I don't think we need something like that here since all posts are monitored but if something is bothering you please let the admins know thats what they are here for! |
Date: 12/22/2009 4:36:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 34663 non of the admins are on my side so telling them wont work, I was hoping to be able to get some other people on my side to help me with this problem but I guess I can't count on anyone I'll just stand aside as USM gets ruined. I could just imagine the look on a visitors face reading a post that is nonsense, I am sure they will never return after that but I guess nothing will change so I leave it at that |
Date: 12/22/2009 4:37:00 PM From Authorid: 48809 I don't see any need for something like that. |

Date: 12/22/2009 4:43:00 PM From Authorid: 40145 well if you feel like admins isnt doing anything then why dont you go to the owners of the website?? Radman and Ginger will be more than happy to help you in anyway they can. I don't see we need it, the admins are doing a good job screening things. |

Date: 12/22/2009 5:41:00 PM ( Admin-13 ) I don't think that is needed, as the admins screen everything here as they come through. Many of us are running around the site that you may not see. Your mentioned admins on your side. Admins do not take sides, they do what is best for the site and delete according to the guidelines. |

...I wish that button was here right now. |
Date: 12/22/2009 6:03:00 PM From Authorid: 64365 Pillsbury, I haven't seen any spamming here, nor have I seen any inappropriate postings, nor mis-categorized posts...the Admins are doing their jobs. I tend to think you have something in particular in mind, and the best thing to do is just tell the Admin what you want done, or what post you want deleted, or who you want thrown off the site. If they find you have valid reasons, I'm sure they will comply with your wishes. |

...Pillsbury wants to Blitzkrieg the admins with reports of people leaving snarky replies to his posts. I do cos we're old buds. |

i don't see the need for it myself. i have never seen spamming. if a post is under the wrong category i can always stop reading and go on to the next if it doesn't intrest me. i'm sure i've been guilty of posting under the wrong category. it's a simple mistake. and as far as inappropriate posts go i have seen only one and it was gone less than 20 minutes after i read it. what are the problems you are having with the posts? i'm not trying to sound hateful or anything. just curious. |
Date: 12/22/2009 8:00:00 PM From Authorid: 15228 I totally trust the admins on this, they have such excellent judgement. Like the time they deleted my post about the north Korean web site because it seems I was spamming...funny I thought I was making fun of it, but they never make any errors in judgement nor do they ever bring personal feelings into it (ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha) because they are human...oh wait... Anyway, don't worry your purrty little head about it, an admin knows what to do, or not do depending on how you look at it. |
