Dutch Apple Pie (Diabetic Friendly)

1/4 cup fruit sweetener
1/4 cup Apple Butter or unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup diced apples
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cream fruit sweetener and Apple butter. Beat in egg. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend into creamed mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts. Spray pie pan with non-stick spray and pour in mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees.

calories = 130
carbs = 15g
fat = 7g
Cholesterol = 23mg
sodium = 60mg

fruit sweetener can be found in most store and health food stores.
