I just have to tell our wonderful USM chef how much I really enjoy the recipes. I had quite literally run out of new dinner ideas until I started reading all the great recipes.

The meat loaf surprise was awesome, my family loved it and usually my husband won't eat meatloaf, but I had made him the pulled pork barbeque the day before, since I thought he wouldn't touch the meatloaf and he ended up tearing that meatloaf up! Lucky I had doubled it.

I'm working my way through the these. The desserts are going to get fair attention too. Its hard to come up with new and different ideas but these are fast, easy, inexpensive and good!!

Thanks Paddy Chef!!
