Sometimes our toilet will make a weird, and I mean WEIRD, noise because there might be a tiny leak in the valve? But, yea, that does sound strange what you heard.  |

if there was any Ham Radio activity in the area, the noise from it could have filtered through the speakers in your tv or radio in another part of the house, (even if those appliances were off) and it just sounded like it was in the bathroom...I speaketh from experience!  |

I had the same experience, my bathroom fan was on and i could hear music, it was very late... i checked all over the house, no music.. about a week later my brother had the song playing. try turning on a fan at night and concentrate on it, hear anything?
