Date: 7/14/2009 12:06:00 PM  From Authorid: 22433    the only time I had issues is when I took an iron supplement at the same time as my multivitamin (one a day womens). I take one in the AM and one in the PM now with no problems..
Date: 7/14/2009 1:04:00 PM  From Authorid: 1799    Like H, I've only had that problem with iron supplements. I take prenatal vitamins, and those have never upset my stomach.
Date: 7/14/2009 1:06:00 PM  From Authorid: 3835    I do not buy vitamins in pill or capsule form. It is hard for my body to break them down and more goes out as waste than anything. I take liquid vitamins. The body can utilize them best.. and they are quickly digested. The formula I use is called vitabase complete liquid whole food nutritional multi-vitamins.

Date: 7/14/2009 2:23:00 PM  From Authorid: 22852    I can't take multi-vitamins because I guess my body can't digest them, I get very weak and sick whenever I try them, even when I was pregnant I had to take half a vitamin every other day.
Date: 7/14/2009 2:37:00 PM  From Authorid: 37150    Yeah multi vitamins hurt my stomach so bad. The only kind I can take are chewable. I'm like a little kid, lol. They have "gummy" vitamins now! Try those! But, check w/ your doctor first cuz supplements aren't as good as getting your vitamins from the real sources like vegetables. In fact, vitamin supplements can be harmful so just be careful.
Date: 7/14/2009 3:36:00 PM  From Authorid: 44960    I get my vitamins from beef nutrients such as Steak!! *Spirit*

Date: 7/14/2009 5:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 42945    I stopped taking capsule form multivitamins as they disagreed with my stomach, but I haven't taken any at all for some time now. I've been advised to get a good liquid form of multivitamin as it is especially good for older people as it is more easily absorbed into the system...will have to look into it more and buy some..

Date: 7/14/2009 10:57:00 PM  From Authorid: 53052    i take a jamisons chewable multi vitamin.. yes they are adult lol they are easy on the stomach, wild berry flavor(and actually taste decent!) and i can take them on an empty stomach without much issue
Date: 7/15/2009 12:42:00 AM  From Authorid: 3835    No, I just take two spoonfuls and drink it as it is. It really does not taste too bad, Lol..
Date: 7/15/2009 7:20:00 AM  From Authorid: 46486    Yes I heard the liquid vitamins are the best as well. x 1000
Date: 7/16/2009 2:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 39350    Yeah I use to take a multi vitamin but it would make me throw up. SO now I'm taking womens one a day. Its just one pill( though a little large) it doesnt make my stomach sick.
