Wow! Thats so awesome! I think I remember reading about that delimma she was having and being quite surprised by the situation. How frustrating that would have been! WTG for getting it taken care of PrincessJen! Surprising how people will react so quickly to take care of a problem once the media gets involved b/c they want to save face! Awww! Congratulations to her for getting it all worked out. She looked absolutely beautiful on the video too.  I know this whole ordeal was extremely difficult to get through, but she handled it with class, and showed them that they can't do this to people. Documentation was key in this- I'm glad she got it all worked out, satisfactorally. I don't think we have that store around here, but if I ever see one, I'll avoid it, for sure. *hugs*  |
