Author,there is really nothing to be afraid of when aomeone we know who has passed on has comes to visit us.If we loved each other before then our friends or loved ones will love us still. They will maintain an interest in us even after they die....just as we remember them .They really don't mean to frighten us ..but if we might not be used to seeing spirit then we might be a little scared. You are lucky to have your uncle come to visit you...many people would like to have your experience! I am sorry you were frightened!  |

Okay I'll explain who Author 17 is lol. Before we became active as in a live website back in 99 we used to have to send our stories via email. If when we sent stories via email we didn't leave contact information and what not we became author 17. If you look up author 17 you will see a lot of posts by that phantom author and a lot of make you go didn't last week you say you were 12 and now your 32  Thus author 17 is forever unknown to us  |

that's a shame...I wonder why this particular story is back on the main page after 9 years??? I remember back in 1999 and reading the jokes during my break at school. My brother even submitted a story back in the fall of 1999. |
